Pomona Youth and Family Master Plan 
 
The Youth and Family Master Plan is an outline for a community based approach to linking services and programs, providing resources, and identifying gaps to support youth and family services in the City of Pomona. 
 
Members of the Youth and Family Master Plan Community Board 
 
Members represent various youth and family serving entities, including education, government, faith based and, non-profit agencies along with Pomona residents. The group meets to share information and work towards a common goal of better coordination of youth and family services in the City of Pomona. Local youth are encouraged to participate. Membership is open to any individual who attends three consecutive Community Board or task force meetings. 
 
Meetings 
 
The Community Board meetings are held on the second Thursday of each month at 3:30 at the Ganesha Community Center, 1575 N. White Ave in Pomona.
 
Task Forces
Promoting Academic Achievement Task Force: First Tuesday of each month at Pomona Unified School District at 4:30. 
 
Active Community Empowerment Task Force:  Second and Fourth Monday of each month at Pomona First Baptist Church at 11:00.
