The City of Pomona's Vehicle Parking District (VPD) was created to provide off–street parking for Pomona’s Downtown. The operation of the district is administered by a seven-person commission that is responsible for regulating and enforcing 27 parking lots within the Downtown area.  These include various duration parking including two-hour, all day, and lease parking lot zones.
