The Human Resources Department provides assistance to all City departments by conducting recruitment for vacant City positions; administers and monitors training programs, the Personnel Rules and Regulations, and Memoranda of Understanding between the City and employee associations. The department also provides guidance and assistance to departments and employees on various personnel matters.
