  • 30-day advance notice is required for all rentals
  • Maximum rental time is 8 hours.
  • Hours of Operation: 8am - 11pm.
  • No alcohol is allowed at any city facility.
  • Cancellations must be completed at least 14 days prior to reserved date.

Additional Fees:
Refundable Deposit: $200.00. Required at time of reservation.
Custodial Fees: $30.00. ($15/hr, one hour before and one hour after event)
Security Guards: $30.00/hr. May be required at city's discretion.
Insurance: Quotation can be obtained from City's Risk Manager at 909-620-3741

Rental Includes:
Use of main room, kitchen (no refrigerator at Washington), restrooms, set up of tables and chairs.


Acceptable Forms of Payment:
More than 21 days before the event - Cash or Check; No debit or credit cards
Less than 21 days before the event - CASH ONLY


All rentals must be made in person at the Community Services office at Palomares Park.
