Customer Service Field Operations
- The function of the Customer Service Field Operations is to reads and service water meters for approximately 30,000 accounts, to notify customers of delinquencies, and to respond in person to individual customer inquiries, by organizing, scheduling and staffing operations so that meter readings and customer service calls are performed in a timely and courteous manner.

Water Conservation
- The function of the Water Conservation program is to promote water conservation by providing public education and outreach to civic groups, schools, and other interested parties, so that there will be positive impacts on water conservation in the City of Pomona. This program is also responsible for the monitoring and promoting of environmental concerns that impact water resources by implementing the Best Management Practices of the City’s Urban Water Management Plan and staying informed about other environmental and special projects which help preserve and protect the City’s water resources.
