City of Pomona Passport Acceptance Office:  

The Passport Acceptance Office is located in the Human Resources Department in City Hall.  Hours of operations:  Monday thru Thursday from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.  Closed for appointments between 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.  It is recommended that applicants make appointments by calling (909) 620-2291 or emailing This email address is being protected from spambots. Passport Information: 

Passport book fees for the U.S. Department of State Adult (16 years and older) = $110.00 (valid for 10 years)
Child (0 to 15 years) = $80.00 (valid for 5 years)

$30 for passport card (applicants 16 years & over)
$15 for passport card (applicants 15 years & younger) 

Regular passport processing requires 4-6 weeks. If expedited and overnight mailed, processing requires 3 weeks.
Expedite fee = $60.00
Overnight to applicant payable to the Department of State =  $12.72

In addition, the passport fees for the City of Pomona, Human Resources Department (acceptance facility)
Application processing = $25.00
Overnight mail = $17.75
Photos = $10.00
