POMONA LIBRARY MISSION 
The Mission of the Pomona Public Library is to provide Library services and materials which meet the diverse informational, educational and recreational needs of all of the citizens of the City of Pomona. The Library's resources and services include a circulating book collection in English and other languages of over 300,000 volumes; newspapers and magazines; adult reference and information services, Internet access and a computer learning lab; audio-visual materials; a large genealogy collection; a literacy program; pre-school story hours; a free Dial-A-Story telephone line and programs for children, young adults and adults.

Pomona Public Library Passport Acceptance Office
The Passport Acceptance Office at the Library is open Monday thru Wednesdays, 12:00 p.m. to 6:45 p.m.and Saturday, 12:00 p.m. to 4:45 p.m. It is recommended that applicants make appointments by calling 909-620-2476.
Passport book fees for the U.S. Department of State Adult (16 years and older) = $75.00 (valid for 10 years)
Child (0 to 15 years) = $60.00 (valid for 5 years)
Regular passport processing requires 4-6 weeks. If expedited and overnight mailed, processing requires 3 weeks.
Expedite fee = $60.00
Overnight to applicant = $14.85
In addition, the passport fees for the Pomona Public Library (acceptance facility)
Application processing = $25.00
Overnight mail = $16.25
Photos = $10.00
Applicants must have completed application form, birth certificate, Photo I.D. (Only color photographs will be accepted, no black and white photographs.)
